Rolling Thunder
"Ride for Freedom" Motorcycle Rally

The members at the April General Membership Meeting authorized the funding of 6 riders at $500.00 each to participate.

If you are interested in participating or need additional information please contact the Union Office at 271-0853. Remember there are limited (6 only) spots so “first come, first served”.

This great community event is the highlight of an extraordinary weekend in our nation’s capital. APWU will join with thousands of supporters from across the country to demonstrate on behalf of our troops, our veterans, and our POW-MIAs.

In order for APWU to be visibly present, all members are encouraged to participate either as spectators or on their own motorcycles.

The major function of Rolling Thunder®, Inc. is to publicize POW-MIA issues: To educate the public that many American prisoners of war were left behind after all previous wars and to help correct the past and to protect future veterans from being left behind should they become prisoners of war-missing in action.

They are also committed to helping American veterans from all wars.

Rolling Thunder®, Inc. is a non-profit organization. Members donate their time because they believe in the issues we are working on.
